oh man depends what do you like? I always recommend smaller pueblos. I love the beach town of Palomino or the mountains of Minca.

Also Santa Marta is a little bigger more city vibe.

Smaller cities are Pereira which is located in the coffee zone. So easy to visit Salento and Filanda, heart of coffee zone.

Bigger city but not crazy like Medellin is Manizales. Yet a bit colder.

The thing is its easy to get around here, buses are super cheap and easy.

Oh also Jardin, super cute and in a great area.
